If I have a problem, how can you help me?

There are a number of ways that available as follows :

  1. Online Forum. We have created an online forum where the community can come and ask question, shares idea and even put a forward suggestions for new features that they will like to see added
  2. Phone Support
  3. Email support. Every Brasstax customer is entitled to receive a lifetime of free phone and mail support. You may email your enquiry at support@ealink.com
