STEP B : UNINSTALL LICENSE SERVER FROM COMMAND PROMPT

(1) Go to Start button -> All Program -> Accesories -> Command Prompt.

(2) Type cd\ and press ENTER, it will goes to C only as per below.

(3) Then type cd program files\ealink\brasstax\corporate and press ENTER. (this path must be refer to your locak directories. This example is assuming that you install under c:\program files\ealink\brasstax\corporate. If your data directory is different so you need type the correct path)

(4) Then type license server unregister and press ENTER

(5) A confirmation screen will appear as below:

(6) Press OK & then you will see a screen with the uninstall code (as below).

(7) Copy down the uninstall code and send it to Support Team by email to support@ealink.com or call at 03-8315 6020

(8) Once you have copy the uninstall code, press 1, 2, 3 & then press OK to remove the registration.
