DBISAM ENGINE ERROR #8708 & #8961

When user got the following error message and number, its mean that your brasstax have corruption in the index table. 
                  Example 1 : "DBISAM Engine Error #8708 Record has been deleted by another user.."
                  Example 2 : "DBISAM Engine Error #8961...table header information corrupt on table..."
