Cause (1) : User Login to Windows using normal or limited User Account which doesn't have administrator rights to access and update files in the server. Solution (1) :
Advise user to Login to Windows as Administrator or any User Account that has administrator rights Cause (2) :
Someone is still using BRASSTAX or BRASSTAX is still running on one of the workstations. Solution (2) :
Ensure that no one is using BRASSTAX by make sure the Copies runing/allowed in License Server Panel shows 0/99 (as shown below). Cause (3) :
Although no one is using BRASSTAX but somehow system is still holding some files of BRASSTAX. Solution (3) :
