EA-Link System is pleased to announce the immediate availability of BT Direct 2022 v 2022.2.1.0 Installation instructions NOTE: Before performing these instructions it is usually a good idea to perform a backup. This can be done by using the Backup Facility under the HouseKeeping option in BRASSTAX: 1. Ensure that there are no users currently using BRASSTAX. 2. Press the Shutdown button on the BT DIRECT 2022 License Server (If the License server is not visible, please start the license server, and then press the shutdown button) 3. Run the BTDirect2022v210Setup.exe 4. Once the Setup is complete, please restart the License server 5. You should now be able to restart each of your BTDIRECT 2022 Clients and the system should detect that the workstation needs to be updated. If the detection does fails to occur, please run the BTDIRECT2022ClientSetup.exe from the workstation that is located on your server. NOTED :
1. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT DUE TO TIME CONTRAINT, THE SYSTEM DOES NOT SUPPORT CASES FOR CONTROL TRANSACTION, HOLDING COMPANY, MULTI SOURCE, DIRECTOR/SHAREHOLDER MORE THEN 3. FOR THOSE THAT HAVE THIS KIND OF CASES TO LOAD, KINDLY LET US KNOW STRAIGHT AWAY SO WE CAN COLLECT INFORMATION ON IT.
2. FOR WORKSTATIONS THAT USE WINDOWS 10 AND ABOVE AND HAVE INTERNET EXPLORER INSTALLED, KINDLY GET IT UNINSTALL OR SET TO DISABLE FROM FUNCTIONING INSIDE THE MACHINE. THIS TO AVOID THE PROBLEM E-ACCESS VIOLATION DURING DOWNLOADING THE DRAFT
3. FOR WORKSTATIONS THAT HAS BTDIRECT2022 INSTALL, USER MUST EDIT THE CONFIGURATION FILE (BTDIRECT.INI) TO HAVE THE EXTRA COMMANDS. PLEASE CONTACT BRASSTAX SUPPORT OR EMAIL TO US FOR THE INTRUCTION ON THIS.
