WELCOME TO BRASSTAX KNOWLEDGEBASE & VIDEO GUIDELINE
We would like to highlight about existing Brasstax Knowledgbase as a part of our improvement in servicing customers. This is one of the functions available inside Brasstax portal which allows user to find help guide on how to use the system and solve problems.
Simply log on to our website (www.ealink.com) and click on the support. Then, straight away go to knowledgebase. In here, there are few chapters. If you want to do a quick search, just type the keyword on the search box and the related topics will be listed out.
The guideline feature requires login id & password. For that, the users need to have a login id & password to login. Or else, please request the administrator to create the user id & password. The instructions could be found by going to the chapter Brasstax Portal Guide or click here
We would like to announce that we have produced the help guide in video format to help the users to get a better understanding. Please click here to download the index of knowledgebase of video list. This will save your time to find the related video instead of searching.
